       (As a document sponsor, we write prototype plans)
  • Plan Installation, which includes preparation of Plan Documents (Adoption Agreement, etc.) on CD, and set-up on QPS' administration system
  • Annual Administration, which includes preparation of Plan Financial Statements, Participant Statements, Compliance Testing, and preparation of Tax Returns (Form 5500 and accompanying schedules)
